Where I'm Reading This Week

Here are a few wonderful places I've visited this week. I hope they bless you as well.

Seeing is Believing or Why Time Mapping is Painful--This is a challenging article on being a good steward of our God-given time.

Chilled--Honest look at how the loss of simple luxuries can make one think of those with no luxuries at all.

Fear Imps--Fear is the lie that says God can't or won't, but the Word says He can and will. Wonderful post of encouragement and faith.

How A Lent That Fails Actually Succeeds--Humbling, powerful...grace.

Silence--Even when there are no answers, there is God.

Jerri,
I was glad to see your happy face again! Thank you for your encouraging words. And, thank you, too, for these links. I loved the one about Lent as well. We don't even celebrate it (at least not, yet, because it's quite new to us, and I don't know much about the "why"), but the post had the climax I was hoping for.....it's all about God's grace!
Looking forward to checking out your other finds.

Queen Mom, such a joy to have you visit again! Wonderfully enjoyed visiting your "place" this week and being blessed there. It has left me challenged in a wonderful way.

Be blessed, sister in the Lord! I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Red Light Rescue

Imagine being a parent barely able to pay bills and someone comes to your home and promises to educate your daughter and find her a job. You agree, hoping to give her a better life. Then she disappears, and you find out she is not being educated. Instead, she is a prostitute, a victim of human-trafficking, beaten and abused daily. Sounds like a nightmare, doesn't it? For 100,000 girls in India, this is reality. To find out how you can help, please visit Red Light Rescue.
